Highlights

• Collaborated to create a Design System for cybersecurity client by contributing to setting the initial design direction, creating component libraries and guidelines, and providing guidance to internal and client designers.

• Directed and designed three training sessions for a client’s UX team to address skill-gaps in design tools, educate on design system usage, and improve overall design efficiency.

• Spearheaded information architecture for Zeroheight design documentation initiative, evaluating content organization and tool integration.

• Contributed as sole designer for two mobile app teams (iOS & Android), advocating for user-centered design and process enhancements to achieve parity across products and work-streams.

• Strategized and designed a revised information architecture for a health insurance mobile app, partnering with research to validate and recommend the future direction for the product.
